Brieana Synae Sealy
Brieana Sealy is a podcast producer, journalist, sound designer, audio engineer, and voice actor based in the D.C. Metro Area. Brieana is currently a freelance podcast producer and voice actor and is available for new projects.
Prior to freelancing, Brieana was a senior podcast producer for OffScrip Health, where she produced podcasts like The Heart of Healthcare and The Sickle from the original concept to publishing. Before that, she was a podcast producer and Journalism Bootcamp audio instructor for the Center for Strategic & International Studies.
As an audio instructor, Brieana educated graduate and undergraduate students on producing audio stories for CSIS’s week-long journalism boot camp. She guided students through outlining, scripting, interviewing, recording, and editing audio.
After graduating from the University of Arizona with a B.A. in Print Journalism in 2018, she gained further experience as an intern and later news assistant for NPR's All Things Considered. Before that, she was an intern for Vox Media’s Today, Explained podcast.
Her beats include music, art, TV & Film, health, climate change, environmental preservation, and social justice issues. Brieana also has experience with photography, video, graphics, and CMS.
